Nature of the Website

Spotsylvania County Released Inmates is an independent reference. It does not store official jail, court, or corrections records and cannot confirm custody, release a person, or file a document with an agency.

The site directs visitors to resources concerning adult jail releases, court records, state custody and supervision, and outside research tools. Any official finding must come from the government office that owns the record.

Acceptable Use Rules

Access is conditioned on responsible and lawful conduct. You agree that you will not:

• Use the site while violating any law.
• Use information to stalk, harass, intimidate, or threaten another person.
• Base hiring, housing, lending, or insurance decisions on site content.
• Attempt to enter an account, server, or system without authorization.
• Operate bots, scrapers, or automated collection tools against the site.
• Interfere with service or prevent others from using it.

No Consumer Reports

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. We do not provide background checks, credit reports, consumer reports, or screening services, and neither do our advertising partners through this site. You agree not to use site information for any FCRA-covered purpose.

• Hiring, firing, promotion, or another work decision.
• Housing approval or tenant screening.
• Creditworthiness, lending, or insurance pricing.
• Licensing, permits, or government-program eligibility.
• Any other decision regulated by the FCRA.

Links may lead to jail and release records, sheriff or corrections pages, government portals, legal resources, and outside search services. A link is not an endorsement. We do not control a destination's content, privacy practices, accuracy, price, or availability. Review that service's own terms before using it.

The site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we make no warranty about:

Custody status and public records can change without notice. Nothing published here is an official statement by RRJ, a Virginia court, VADOC, or another government agency.

Virginia law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute must be filed in a court with proper jurisdiction in Virginia.

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. The affected provision will be limited or adjusted only as much as needed to make it enforceable.
